Senior Business Development Manager

Job description

If you’re successful in applying to us, you’ll work directly with our VP Sales helping spearhead end of funnel sales operations with both new and existing customers.

Among your specific responsibilities will be:

  • Leading qualification calls with sales leads brought in from our outbound team as well as inbound leads.
  • Generating and driving conversations with C-level execs as part of the client-specific campaigns.
  • Managing end of funnel pipeline progression, optimising for sales velocity and close rate.
  • Developing business with new clients to accelerate our revenue growth, including driving up- and cross-selling efforts.
  • Helping design, implement, and optimise strategic plans for global sales growth, with a primary focus across EU & US.

Job requirements

  • Experience selling information or services in a B2B environment. We are looking for candidates who can bring an existing understanding of enterprise sales to complex client accounts (5+ years experience).
  • Ability for creative problem-solving. We’re a small and quickly expanding company, and things move fast – we come up against new situations all the time, and we’d like you to be innovative and proactive in how you get us through them.
  • Strong communication skills. Whether you’re talking to our clients or collaborating within our team, this will be vital.
