Looking to join a tenacious and ambitious team with exciting growth plans? Following our recent Series B investment round, we are on an exciting journey to rapidly disrupt the Expert Network industry.

We are looking for an emerging marketing leader to shape and own our B2B marketing strategy as we scale our business and, in the near future, expand into new regions and markets.

You’ll be responsible for owning the end-to-end customer journey, including demand generation and acquisition, all the way through to driving customer retention. You will manage and grow the marketing team to execute our company’s growth strategy.

This role would suit a commercially minded marketeer who wants to truly understand and solve our customer's challenges.

The Marketing function at Techspert sits in parallel with the Customer Success team, giving you unfettered access to customer insights, ensuring all decisions are powered by first-hand knowledge of our customers.

  • Turn our company goals into a fully-fledged SMART marketing strategy, which is continuously reviewed to ensure it matches our development plans
  • Take ownership of KPIs and goal setting for the marketing function, leading the team to deliver against them
  • Lead on the development and execution of our go-to-market efforts
  • Grow and develop our marketing team, using a data-driven mindset to help drive results
  • Orchestrate best-in-class initiatives across all channels, including content, events, and ABM
  • Test new and innovative ways of reaching and influencing our target audience
  • Own, and have accountability for, impacting the end-to-end revenue funnel
  • Develop our brand as we expand to new markets

Job requirements


Experience:

  • You are process-oriented, using data to inform your decision making
  • You’re passionate about customers, using their insights to improve the work you do across the funnel
  • You are an experienced B2B marketer, having experienced both success that you can apply, and failures that we can learn from
  • You are comfortable in a high-growth, proactive and fast-paced environment
  • You have experience managing budgets, linking spend to business outcomes
  • You have experience across the revenue funnel, from awareness to loyal customer
  • You’re a highly organised individual who’s able to juggle multiple competing priorities and demands
  • You’re a trustworthy and empathetic leader, who enjoys elevating and coaching the people around them
  • You are results-focused, having worked closely with sales teams, and enjoy collaborating with others to provide the best solution for our customers
